medical doctor(general practitioner) garduated in 1996 from medical faculty of tabriz azad university. 19 years of practice in hospitals (emergency department) and private office. worked in tabriz medical centers from 1996 till 2005. working in my own private office in tehran from 2005 so far and besides managing a polyclinic medical center of tehran municipality. as medidal insurance system of tehran municipality we are looking for a proper electronic health records software to switch the paper based medical records system of our clients (about 60000 persons) to an elctronic system to improve the speed, reliability, quality of management on the incoming and existent in formations.
