Trained in Herbert Benson’s Relaxation Response, NLP, Biofeedback, Hypnotherapy
Since 1994: Began full time private practice in Stress Management Coaching, Mind/Body Medicine and Hypnotherapy. (Teaching others how to be happier, healthier and perform better.)
