ADP - Enterprise Payroll SQL Database Scripting and programming – Created and or modified various SQL programs, including programs to convert data to Windows programs such as Excel and Access and created a number of reports driven by Crystal Reports.

Accela - Inspections Department Software System Implemented a number of instances to access the database – Created and or modified various reports built with either Crystal Reports or MS Access.

Crystal Reports and the Inhance software Created reports driven by the Inhance database for the “Accounts and Control” department.

Consulting/Business Analyst/Developer 03/2004 – 10/2007

Designed and authored a Capacity Planning module with interfaces into Labor Distribution, Engineering Routing, Bills of Material and General Ledger for a Manufacturing System. Maintained a software system and worked with a team that took care of a back office POS system that processed 112 stores, and wrote numerous new reports for the administrative processing. Re-designed and programmed an XML processing stream to correct proper distribution of inventory. Managed and designed a project to interface the Kronos Time-Keeper system with a Scheduling system written with Pervasive SQL.

SCB Computer Technology, Inc. 11/1998 – 02/2004 Memphis, TN

Perform diverse custom software development and modifications testing for a wide variety of clients. Spearheaded a new project to design/develop a Windows-based scheduling program consolidating 7 current scheduling programs using Microsoft SQL back-end and Visual Basic as a front-end. Prepared and converted seven scheduling packages (approximately 2100 programs) to handle Y2K issues. Created multiple alternate staff scheduling algorithms to minimize overtime expenses in a scheduling software package. Re-built an interface to a Time Keeper system (Kronos) and implemented data transfer to and from Kronos. Created numerous queries to transfer data from flat files to a SQL database container. Designed/de-bugged programs and reports (Fox-Fire report generator) for a program to monitor juvenile traffic tickets. Created procedures/modifications for a system monitoring child support payments for Shelby County, TN. Monitored and performed data translations using EDI transfer (COBOL) from the “Model”, (the child support payments’ monitoring system) to the state mainframe and also executed EDI transfers from the mainframe to the “Model” and processed/mapped transfer files from other systems in the court through the “Model” system. Devised a program to allow season ticket holders to sell tickets through a central database with remote access; it also permitting the creation of mailing lists (Access 2000). Application reports developed with Crystal Reports.
