Led hospital automation teams within the areas of Clinical Transformation and Patient Information Management Systems. Experience 1- Clinical Applications & Transformation Team Lead 1) Follow up with medical site senior and medical team members on their progress and quality of work as per project plan in accordance with EHS project implementation methodology. 2) Adhere to EHS project implementation methodology 3) Review project deliverables as per EHS project implementation methodology 4) Follow the instructions of the Medical Department Manager regarding the technical decisions and medical feedback. 5) Validate posting all project deliverables on EHS share point. 6) Visit project issues and risks, and coordinate with Medical Department Manager to propose technical solutions. 7) Approve Medical team members’ leaves, with PM 8) Medical Department Lead has the right to delegate responsibility of tasks to project team members after the approval of the Medical Department Manager 9) Report to the Medical Manager on weekly basis on project status and if needed on daily basis. 10) Conduct needed change management activities as per EHS change management tool kit. 11) Proactively identifies, researches, and recommends new and improved uses of specific applications to enhance current processes, achieve cost advantages, and/or improve customer service. 12) Acts as the primary point of contact for management and staff in assigned subject matter areas related to information systems services. 13) Actively participates in interdepartmental meetings, practice councils, leads discussions, and provides advice related to various workflow processes and information systems. 14) Develops and maintains an awareness of the overall healthcare information systems industry, contemporary and emerging technologies, relevant laws and regulations to provide sound advice on the acquisition and use of automated systems. 15) Develop and deliver training programs for health information technology, creating operating manuals as needed. 16) Assists in recruiting and performance development of clinical application personnel within region when required 17) Maintains the highest level of “subject matter expertise” and competence in determining or analyzing needs and clarification of user requirements.
