Configure Language Editor Improvements For 3.2

These are intructions to configure and enable the language customization log:

  1. Install most recent 3.2.0 patch
  2. Then open OpenEMR and go to Administration->Other->Language. Then click the 'Info' link; this will open a window with the Internationalization documentation. Follow the instructions in section 'V' .
