Born in Haiti. Studied medecine in Haiti, graduated in August 1979 . and obtained licence to practice Urology in september 1982. Migrated to the USA in 1982, Worked as a Physician assistant with Maybury clinic inc. in Detroit Michigan from 1983 to 1992. and from 1992 to present work as a Mid level Practitioner with Federal Bureau of Prisons.
