I am from Taiwan, currently I am working for Taiwan ICDF. I've been appointed as the project manager for the HIS improvement project in Paraguay, the project will train the engineers and technicians from Paraguay to develop the HIS for themselves. I am hoping I can find more resource from this website to assist the Paraguay team in developing a suitable system.
