Encounter performed
Find/Create encounter
- Use past encounters or create a new encounter
Encounter Type
- Under Visit Details select the appropriate dropdown from Type that corresponds to the code in the measure.
Attributes diagnoses
- Use Link/Add Issues to find the code and after saving, highlight the diagnosis and then click save in the encounter form to link it to the encounter.
