Encounter performed
Find/Create encounter
- Use past encounters or create a new encounter
Encounter Type
- Under Visit Details select the appropriate dropdown from Type that corresponds to the code in the measure.
Attributes diagnoses
- Either add the medical problem from the dashboard or use Link/Add Issues to find the code
- Edit the encounter and highlight the diagnosis in the Link/Add Issues. Follow the directions there for multiple diagnoses.
- Click save in the encounter form to link it to the encounter.
