Laboratory Test Performed
Configuration
- Create a Procedure Group
- Add a sub item Procedure Order
- Test Type Laboratory Test
- Add a sub item Discrete result
Create and Save the Order
- From the encounter use Admin->Procedure Order
- Search and find the previously created order configuration
- Choose Laboratory Test as Procedure Type
- Associate a diagnosis.
- Also set the collected time, select completed and save.
Save the Result
- Go to Procedures->Pending Review
- Enter the report date
- Enter the value and start and end times of the result
- Sign the result.
