Mission Statement
- The OpenEMR Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that exists to support the open-source OpenEMR project. This includes managing various cloud-based infrastructure for OpenEMR websites, the acceptance of tax-exempt donations, legal maintenance of assets and certifications, as well as other miscellaneous services required to ensure long-term viability of the software.
