53yo practicing physician, trained originally in family practice, but did a cross-training fellowship in emergency medicine and practiced that for 20 years. Opened up a private practice last year, seeing spine patients and treating them with non-surgical spinal decompression and physical therapy. Therapists use WebPT as their web-based EMR, and I'm using Open-EMR.
