As application manager my responsibility is to respond to the day to day operations involving several applications that the business runs on. The job in tails me interfacing with vendors and finding solutions to issues that arise with the software. The second part of the job is looking down the road with business analysis to see what the business in going to need in terms of software to better support productivity of the employees and increase the efficiency of the work being done.
