I am a Primary Care Physician and graduated from University of Malaya Faculty of Medicine in 1974. At present I am a senior partner of a general practice. I have been using OpenEMR as a test bed before full and active deployment in the clinic with all staff in the know. I have evaluated gaiaehr openclinic openmrs gnuhealth freemeddiam amongst others but I still find OpenEMR the most complete and customisable thuogh not very user friendly.
