My background is in pediatrics, adolescent medicine, medical ethics, tropical medicine, occupational medicine and expedition medicine. I have been certified as a top rope instructor and single pitch instructor by the American Mountain Guide Association and I am a PADI diver. Together with my wife, I operate Silver Bay Climbing Guides in beautiful northeast Minnesota.
